Program

During the STLOpen Days, you will have an overview of STLO’s research works and recent achievements in the fields of processing, microbiology, physico-chemistry, nutrition, life cycle assessment. You will also be invited to visit our infrastructures and will be guided by STLO researchers and engineers who will be happy to answer your questions

The first half-day (Tuesday 12th) will be dedicated to the celebration of our 20th anniversary. All current and former STLO members are invited. This celebration will be mainly in French. The two following days will be in English language and will focus on the main results of each teams of the 4 past years and current researches.
Coffee breaks, lunches and the gala dinner will also be an exquisite opportunity to meet academic and private partners.

Day 1 – Mardi 12 novembre -20e Anniversaire du STLO (in French)

Day 2 - 3 - Wednesday 13 & Thursday 14 November - 3 half-days to discuss with our experienced staff
